SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by AJ Technology Company (“AJTC,” “we” or “us”) to your mobile phone (the “AJTC Text Messaging Program”).

1. Program description

AJTC sends text messages related to our IT services and your relationship with us, which may include:

support ticket updates and service notifications;
appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling updates;
service alerts, such as outages or maintenance affecting your systems;
account and billing notifications;
responses to questions you send us by text.

You agree to receive text messages from AJTC when you provide your mobile number and opt in, for example by checking a consent box, by agreeing during client onboarding or when scheduling an appointment, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your plan.

4. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling 708.942.8200.

6. Supported carriers

Text messaging is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and AJTC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers or networks.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except subcontractors that help us deliver messages and support services. 8. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
