CEO

Anthony Giacobbe founded AJTC in 2010 and serves as Chief Executive Officer, focusing on market opportunities and human capital development. As CEO, Anthony has recognized that the key to building a world-class organization is offering the collective skills, knowledge and intangible assets within AJTC that can be found with no other partner. This realization drives Anthony’s passion for the development of the skills and talents within his organization and AJTC’s commitment to constant development through innovation.

With over a decade of experience serving a broad range of industries Anthony knows that his success is measured by the success he and his team can bring to the businesses they serve and the outcomes they can help produce. Anthony earned his undergraduate degree from DeVry University with a focus on Networking and Security Infrastructure and he also holds industry certifications in AJTC’s core partnership offerings. With the technology landscape constantly changing Anthony participates in multiple organizations to keep his clients secured and on the leading edge so they can focus on their core business.

Tim Medendorp
COO

Tim Medendorp not only holds the title of COO for AJTC but serves as a mentor as well. With nearly 30 years of experience in the IT industry it comes as no surprise that he has the expertise to interact with both clients and vendors to meet their needs. Tim has certifications in Microsoft Server Management, Connectwise Dispatch, and Service Technician which make him a valuable asset to our team.

Tim uses his experience in the industry to share wisdom with his co-workers. Tim’s goal is to help the people around him be the best versions of themselves. He wants people to remember that life is too short to sweat the small stuff and we need to make the most out of the time we have and invest in others to improve their situation. These perspectives on life translate to his work. Put simply, Tim is as committed to getting the solution to your problems as he is in developing a meaningful friendship.

Matthew Sypien
Sales & Account Executive

Matthew Sypien is a Sales and Account Executive who works closely with our clients to find the most cost-effective solutions to their problems. Matthew has held a variety of sales roles throughout his career and knows the value of developing great business relationships and how customer service can have an impact with those he works with.  

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with a minor in business management from Bradley University. He started his career in the logistics industry where he developed his passion for sales and expertise in client relations. Matthew takes pride in providing excellent service to AJTC clients.

Sr. Systems Engineer

It’s not every day you see someone turn their passion into a career. Matt Richardson, AJTC’s Sr. Systems Engineer, has been able to take his passion for technology and apply it to his profession for the last several years. His years of field experience have molded his professional skills and have prepared him for the challenges to come. Matt looks forward to putting his knowledge to the test and hasn’t found a project large enough to shadow his ambition.

Matt uses the communication skills he has developed over his career to facilitate positive interactions with our clientele. His compassion and reliability are what drive Matt to go the extra mile to ensure that our clients know they are in good hands.
